privacy

who we are: Emerald Hollows is a sole proprietorship owned by McKenzie Westbury in Fort Worth, Texas. "We" on this page means her.
when you order: Your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. We use them to make and send your order, to email you about it, and to keep the records the tax office requires.
paying: Card payments are handled by Stripe on their own secure page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
at checkout: If you type your email at checkout and leave before paying, we keep that email and what was in your cart, and may email you once about it. That is all it is used for.
the newsletter: Only if you sign up or tick the box at checkout. A few emails a year about new drops, and you can stop any time.
restock alerts: If you ask to hear when something is back, we email you once about that item and nothing else.
the contact form: What you write and the email you give, so we can reply.
your cart: Kept in your own browser until you check out. We cannot see it before then.
analytics: We count page views and page speed with Vercel's analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you to other sites. No advertising trackers.
who else sees it: Stripe for payment, the postal carrier for your address, and the companies that host this site and its database. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
your choices: Ask through the contact page and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except order records we have to keep for tax.
