damaged in transit: Let us know on the contact page and it gets replaced. Nothing to send back.
wrong item: Same: let us know, and the right one goes out.
change of mind: Unopened items can come back within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is on the buyer.
custom orders: Made for one person, so they cannot be returned unless something arrived wrong or damaged.
